Everyone's Feedback Counts
We care about the opinions of our people and actively gather honest opinions and feedback through a bi-annual engagement survey. The feedback is used to generate and implement actions to improve the working environment of our employees, and promote transparency within the organization. It is an important instrument for improvement from the local team level up to the highest management levels.
Fostering a Continuous Learning Environment
Training and development opportunities are important to foster a culture of continuous learning. That’s why we have a dedicated online training platform that allows employees to develop hard and soft skills that can be used throughout their career. Training courses are also offered at our production locations both on the job as well as in more structured training sessions to ensure employees are able to work safely and in accordance with best practice.

We value the people who are part of the communities surrounding the areas where we operate. Our involvement in many community projects ensures our connection and contribution to these important people.
